We offer a private, quality studio in a great location, with an Art Experiences! This cute cottage is furnished in a modern style and well fitted out with everything you need. The cottage used to be an artist’s studio,  Fiona is displays many of her beautiful paintings on the walls, adding to the tasteful decor. 

 

The cottage is self contained, located close to the main house, and nestled on the same grounds. There is plenty of privacy.  It has its own drive access too, and plenty of space for parking.

 

In the cottage you’ll find comfortable seating, a kingsize bed, separate single bedroom, dining/work table & chairs, fully equipped modern kitchen, variable lighting options, and a 55 inch wall mounted TV. There is a secure garage for bikes and a great garden to enjoy, which you can use for bbq’s on the summer evenings after a day of art.

 

We are located 15 minutes from the airport, and close to Aberdeen city. We also have easy access to Royal Deeside, with all its castles, parks and countryside, all ideal for a day away sketching and painting. 

 

There are many beautiful country walks directly from the house, with great scenery to sketch for inspiration or paint...right on the doorstep so you don't have to carry your equipment too far!

The studio is completely private and self contained with all the accommodation on one floor.

• Large main area with kingsize bed, sofa, armchair, occasional chairs and dining table with chairs, 55inch wall mounted TV, tasteful decor. 

• Separate single bedroom, with its own table and chair, as a quiet space to work or study. There is hanging space and a dresser, bedside tables, and shelves for storage.

• Private shower/toilet to high spec. with all towels and some toiletries included. 

• Well-equipped, fully fitted modern kitchen.

• Storage space, wifi, parking, bike shed, BBQ, garden.
